Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party service providers that may process limited user data on behalf of Nootro Inc. as part of providing the Nootro mobile application. We update this list when material changes occur.
AI Subprocessors
The following providers receive image and prompt data only when a user explicitly invokes an AI feature in the app. Data is forwarded by our backend solely to fulfill the user-initiated request.

Infrastructure and Authentication
The following providers are used to host our backend service and provide standard account, billing, and notification functionality. These providers do not receive user images or prompt content.

Data Handling Summary
For the AI subprocessors listed above, we configure each integration to opt out of model training where the provider supports it, and rely on the privacy commitments published by each provider to protect your content. Photos and prompts are processed transiently and are not retained on our servers beyond the processing operation. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not share user contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or analytics events with AI providers.
